We understand how
you feel when you send your information via internet. The
Pay by Phone
payment method is ready for you. Simply pick the items you want to purchase and
check out. All you need to do is choose the payment method as <I will pay by phone>. Then give us a
call at toll free number ( 1-877-530-5200 ) 10:00am - 5:00pm EST, Mon-Fri. When you
call, our sales person will ask you the last 4 digit of your order number. We
hope you will be happy to order with us.
When to expect your
order?
RP Store strives
to ship all items in stock within 48 hours. Please allow 7 business days for
delivery on in-stock items. Some items are shipped from the manufacturer and may
take longer for delivery.
Can an order be
canceled after it has been submitted?
If
you should decide that you no longer want an ordered item, please e-mail us
immediately by clicking
here
and sending us an e-mail stating that you would like to cancel, change or add to
your order. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the
merchandise, but RP Store will not be able to refund any of the shipping costs.
Do you ship to a PO
Box?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Box by USPS. UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I ship to a
location that is different from my billing address?
To prevent
“Credit Card Fraud” your billing information must match the information on file
with the cardholders bank. This is the same address that your monthly credit
card bill is mailed to. Your order WILL NOT ship if this information does not
match! If you are shipping to an alternate address, we must be able to verify
this as a legitimate address.
What happens if the
item I ordered is on backorder?
Any
items that are currently not in stock will be shipped as soon as they become
available. Credit card orders will not be charged until the back ordered item
has been shipped. We do not charge for shipping of back order items.

At
RP Store, our customer's satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not
completely satisfied with an item you've purchased from RP Store, you may return
it within 10 days* for a full refund of the merchandise price. If you do not
return your merchandise within the 10* days period a 30% Restocking Fee will apply
for up to 11 to 30 days **Because technological changes occur so rapidly, cellular and cellular related
products**. No refund will be given unless the returned items are NEW condition.
All sales are final after 30 days.
Return policy
To
return an item to RP Store pleas give us a call at 1-877-530-5200 for returned number
and proper returned address. We will not accept any returned orders
without return numbers for refunds or exchanges (All returned products must be complete including the
original packing, accessories, parts, manuals, ect.) Please include the shipment
invoice (packing slip) with the backside filled out including:
Reason for the return - (A. Not as expected, B. Arrived too late, C. Wrong item on Invoice, D. Wrong Item Shipped, E. Wrong
Color, Size, etc. F. Not as Advertised, G. Defective, H. Shipping
Damage) and Action - (Refund or exchange) Send your return via UPS ground or
Insured Parcel Post:
