At RP Store, our customer's satisfaction is very important
to us. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased from RP
Store, you may return under $20.00 orders within 7* days for a full refund of
the merchandise price
less shipping cost plus
additional charges for refund credit service fee of $16.00 or request refund for
store credit will waive refund credit service fee of $16.00. If all orders over
$20.00 value return will apply 40% Restocking Fee. **Because technological
changes occur so rapidly, cellular and cellular related products**. No refund
will be given unless the returned items are NEW condition.
All sales are final after 10 days.
Shipping
Discrepancies:
Customer
must report any discrepancies within 48 hours after receipt of shipment. RP
Store will not be responsible for any discrepancies reported after this
time. Customers are responsible for incorrect address shipping charges
(shipping charges for resending correct address).
Return policy
To return an item
to RP Stores please email us at
info@rpstore.com along
with your order number for returned number
and proper returned address. We will not accept any returned orders
without return numbers for refunds or exchanges (All returned products
must be complete including the original packing, accessories, parts, manuals, etc.) Please include the shipment
invoice (packing slip) with the backside filled out including:
Reason for the return - (A. Not as expected, B. Arrived too late,
C. Wrong item on Invoice, D. Wrong Item Shipped, E. Wrong
Color, Size, etc. F. Not as Advertised, G. Defective, H. Shipping
Damage) and Action - (Refund or exchange) Send your return via UPS ground or
Insured Parcel Post:
The customer is
responsible for the cost of return item and exchange shipping .
We are not
responsible for over 30 days orders, all returns refunds problems must report
within 30 days email to
info@rpstore.com
along with order numbers.

We are unable to accept any data cable
or data cable related products,
sim card copier
returns because
unscrupulous people purchasing data cables and sim card copier for one time downloads,
copy and then
returning. We record all the
batteries labels
before we ship if the return batteries are out of our records, we will not allow
for refund, exchange and return.
We
are unable to refund or exchange for used items and broken items which are not in new condition
or not in original packages.
