" Recently I had to order a specific battery for a specific product. I could not locate the item on the internet - had to call customer service, but they were very helpful and steered me to the right item. Purchase was easy once I knew the details on the item I needed. I would have prefered the internet site to be able to steer me to the item and skipped the phone call and I would have prefered that the shipping options included an overnight delivery service (UPS, DHL, etc,)"
